Tampa Bay Venue Co. is a local venue-matching service for weddings, corporate events and celebrations across Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas counties. When you send a request, it goes to the venue team that fits your event, who checks your date, shares pricing and books your tour. You sign directly with the venue.
How we work
Availability first
You only hear about venues that are open on your date. No touring a place that's already booked.
Price before a deposit
The rental fee, what it includes, minimums and the extras that usually get added, in writing, before you commit.
Sized to the guest list
A room that fits 80 comfortably is wrong for 180. You get venues that match the real count, not the hopeful one.
You deal with the venue
Contracts, deposits and planning happen directly with the venue. We just get you to the right door.
Insurance and permits
Events are hosted by insured, locally operated Tampa Bay venues. Florida does not license event venues as a category, but the pieces inside an event are regulated: a venue or caterer that serves alcohol holds a beverage license from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, and food service is licensed and inspected. Venues that host the public carry liability insurance and are inspected for occupancy.
